How to Pair Your Device:

1, Firstly determine the model of tracker card you have. They vary depending on the tracker style you have purchased.

Type A and B require the card to be placed in the housing with the pairing button facing outward. Type C requires it to be placed with the pairing button facing inward. Ensure you place your card correctly in to your housing after pairing as shown:

2, hold the pair button shown below for 3 seconds until you hear an audible beep. Only Type C cards require the card to be removed from the housing prior to pairing.

If you cannot pair it for any reason wait 5 seconds then press the pairing button 5 times quickly until you hear another beep, wait three seconds then try to pair again. 


3, Locate and open the "Find My" app on your phone - it is installed by default

4, Tap "Items" from the toolbar at the bottom of the screen

5, Tap the "+" button

6, Tap "Other Item" and wait for searching to begin

7, Once the battery is found tap "Connect"

8, Name your tool then tap "Continue"

9, Choose an Emoji to represent your tool

10, Accept the Apple terms by tapping "Agree"

11, Read the feature set then tap "Finish"

12, Your item is now paired, ready to be secured to your item and tracked. You can place it back in your housing if you removed it. A reminder to ensure the orientation is correct depending on your card type:


13, You can now permanently mount your tracker. 

  • TOOLBOX TRACKER: secure it using the included security screws and security driver bit.
  • MAGNET TRACKER: can be placed on any ferrous metals with ease but remember removal is hard so think carefully before you place it. 
  • CHASSIS MOUNT TRACKER: screw down trackers support either M4 or 8G screws and it is strongly advised you screw pilot holes:

How to Charge your Tracker:

Place any MagSafe or Qi Compatible charger on top of the tracker and it will charge. Make note of the orientation of how you insert the card back in to its pocket and ensure you line up the QR charger with the circular charge indicators.always make sure the charge indicator has illuminated as charging once placed above the tracker to ensure it is working. Charging takes a maximum of 3 hours and yields 1 year of operation.
